    Contact legal@volusion.com so this site can get shutdown. I am pretty much repeating the same thing everyone else has said about this company. Ordered item. They offer 2 day delivery...recieved a confirmation from USPS that the shipping label was printed on the same day. All good so far. Then the waiting begins.     I've purchased a couple bulbs from bluestar-online and the first ones lasted quite awahile. I purchased a new one last may 2010 and it lasted until april 2011. Since it came with a 12 month warranty I emailed them. They said maybe it's the TV and talked me into ordering another bulb. This bulb lasted about 12 hours. So I have been emailing them and leaving messages.     I ordered a Glock 17 magazine floor plate from topglock.com. The part failed when more than 5-7 rounds were put into the original magazine. I sent the part back with an RMA, at my expense, with a mechanical drawing of the part, and the magazine, indicating the part was just over 0.050" the wrong size. Topglock.com sent me the same part, again.     Received defective bulb ($109). Attempted to call but no response, customer service mailbox is full so unable to leave message, all 'operators' are apparently constantly busy - a joke. Don't be fooled by their seemingly legitimate website and high quality of customer service claims - it's all a sham. They are extremely quick to take your money but it ends there.   • CUSTOMER SERVICE RIPOFF



    So I bought a replacement lamp from this company on Oct. 28th of 2008 and it just went bad. I contacted Bluestar to have them cover a new one as the product comes with a one year warranty. Not only can you not get anyone to call you back, but if you email them they send you a prewritten response that has nothing to do with your email. When they wanted my business they were quick to take payment, but now they won't honor their warranty and I have had to file a complaint with the BBB. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.
