I am pretty much repeating the same thing everyone else has said about this company.
Ordered item. They offer 2 day delivery...recieved a
confirmation from USPS that the shipping label was printed on the same day. All good so far.
Then the waiting begins. After the 3rd day, tracked the package, and the
only history listed was the original alert received
confirming PRINTING of the shipping label. then called USPS and spoke
to a customer care person, she checked the status for me again, she

I've purchased a couple bulbs from bluestar-online and the first ones lasted quite awahile.
I purchased a new one last may 2010 and it lasted until april 2011. Since it came with a 12 month warranty I emailed them. They said maybe it's the TV and talked me into ordering another bulb. This bulb lasted about 12 hours. So I have been emailing them and leaving messages. Only thing i get is a generic Email about reset my blub hours on the TV, I keep explaining I have 2 bad bulbs but no reply from them other then the generic email. Bulb was for a DLP wd-65732

Bluestar-Online Consumer Complaint
I ordered a Glock 17 magazine floor plate from topglock.com. The part failed when more than 5-7 rounds were put into the original magazine.
I sent the part back with an RMA, at my expense, with a mechanical drawing of the part, and the magazine, indicating the part was just over 0.050" the wrong size.
Topglock.com sent me the same part, again.
I called and asked how to proceed, and was informed the correct part was a different part number, and that I had ordered the wrong part, and they refused to refund or return the part.

ordered two i.c. chips plus shipping, was about $30.00, I got a number but have found no way in which to use it. I can't track anything and I can't reach a human bi-ped that will speak to me. I did however call the credit card I used and they said something was pending, so I thought o.k. but now another day has passed and I can no longer bring up their website. Time to cancel order!! What turds.

To everyone and anyone who is looking to purchase from this BAD BUSINESS consider other options! Ordered a product that became defective in less than 6 months. Returned item, and never received exchange item. Contacted this BAD BUSINESS in all ways possible numerous of times and never received any response, exchange item , or refund. Bluestar-Online should be shut down by the NEW YORK Attorney Generals office and the fraudulent owners should get fined and thrown in jail for a very long time!

Received defective bulb ($109). Attempted to call but no response, customer service mailbox is full so unable to leave message, all 'operators' are apparently constantly busy - a joke. Don't be fooled by their seemingly legitimate website and high quality of customer service claims - it's all a sham. They are extremely quick to take your money but it ends there. DO NOT USE THIS SUPPLIER FOR ANYTHING

So I bought a replacement lamp from this company on Oct. 28th of 2008 and it just went bad. I contacted Bluestar to have them cover a new one as the product comes with a one year warranty. Not only can you not get anyone to call you back, but if you email them they send you a prewritten response that has nothing to do with your email. When they wanted my business they were quick to take payment, but now they won't honor their warranty and I have had to file a complaint with the BBB. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.
